Additional info | The local branch of the Royal British Legion can provide a chaplain from local churches for a civilian service. They operate all year round. The north coast of Northern Ireland was impacted in both WWI and WWII, the Atlantic convoy routes passed their shores and U-boats operated within 3 miles of the coast. The biggest number of world war shipwrecks and sunken U-boats in Europe is also here. They have scattered ashes for UK, US, Canadian families and have laid wreaths for several German and Indian families. |
