| Suitable urn | Scattering ashes directly onto the water can lead to them being blown about which some families may find distressing. | Parking | There is no parking available near at the boat company. People can be dropped off by pulling in, but cars must not be left there. The nearest city centre car park is Westgate Car Park in Opens Road. It is relatively expensive (e.g. currently £11.70 for 3-4 hours). Take ticket at barrier on arrival. Pay at machine before returning to car. Folly Bridge is a little less than 10 minutes’ walk from this car park. |
